Order Placement and Acceptance

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or product unavailability. In that case any payment made is refunded in full.
- You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order has entered our fulfilment process and can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives.

Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping is free to all countries we ship to. Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
- Susan & Michael is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or delays.
Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy (and the UK Refund Policy for customers in the United Kingdom) forms part of these Terms of Service. In summary:
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags; intimate wear and electronic items are excluded.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost.
Liability
- Susan & Michael is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
